Because of our extremely low prices, all sales are final. Absolutely no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Shipping Policy
We ship by regular UPS ground, unless otherwise indicated by the buyer. All shipments must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard or Discover, or by wire transfer. Checks and money orders are accepted only if we receive and clear them in advance of shipping the merchandise.
Shipping charges will be added to your order after it is packaged. Shipping charges are billed at actual.
Laws and Safety
The airsoft guns sold by Sigma are realistic replicas of actual guns. In order to distinguish between airsoft and real guns, and in accordance with 15 CFR Part 1150, all of our airsoft guns have a blaze orange plug permanently affixed to the barrel end of the gun and/or have a permanent blaze orange marking affixed to the exterior surface of the barrel covering the circumference of the barrel from the muzzle end.
However, even with these orange tips, airsoft guns may still resemble real guns from a distance. Therefore, common sense should be exercised when using airsoft products. These guns should not, under any circumstances, be used in public areas, since a police officer or any other person could mistake them for a real firearm.
Further, the most vulnerable part of the body in an airsoft situation is the eye. When using airsoft guns, you should wear safety goggles to protect your eyes against errant airsoft pellets.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to identify, review, and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations in connection with the sale, purchase, or possession of all airsoft guns sold by Sigma Import. By placing an order, the purchaser expressly agrees that he/she is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and furthermore, that he/she expressly agrees to hold Sigma Import harmless from all claims resulting from the purchase, ownership, or use of any airsoft item purchased or obtained from Sigma Import.
We absolutely do not sell to minors. The airsoft guns are intended for use by persons of age 18 and older.
